It is recommended that you have a strong familiarity with the Church and School of Wicca's meditation techniques (included in the Natural Wicca Survey Course and Essential Witchcraft) with a regular practice of at least six months before attempting Astral Projection, as you may become discouraged without this helpful background work. It can also be helpful to have some experience with lucid dreaming. The quick and easy way to gain some experience with meditation is to purchase the video by Gavin and Yvonne, however, please do not think we are trying only to sell ourselves with this information!

    This course is based on the best-seller "Astral Travel: Your Guide to the Secrets of Out-of-the-Body Experiences" by Gavin and Yvonne Frost. This book is available through Samuel Weiser, Inc., but is not as complete as the actual work and mentoring available with your course through the Church and School of Wicca.
